My approach has evolved from using AI to produce things for me, to building AI tools that teams use independently, to designing AI systems that feed other systems. The principle behind all of it stays the same: the tool is only as valuable as the decisions it helps real people make faster — and how it helps the bottom line.

I've spent 14+ years rebuilding revenue motions across SaaS, eCommerce, education, and CPG. I've migrated CRMs, replaced 20-year tech stacks, launched DTC storefronts in under 90 days, and built custom GPTs that landed enterprise deals on day one. The work isn't about the tools — it's about what becomes possible when the right ones are wired together with intent.

A custom GPT trained on our ICP, industry, and brand voice — connected to HubSpot via API so it pulled live account data into whatever a rep was writing. On first use, it learned each rep's communication style so the output sounded like them, inside our brand guidelines.
